Osprey Pointe

Beautiful building and living space. Pool and game room were great due to red flag day at the beach. Close to great restaurants, shopping and Baytowne Wharf. It's our second time at this location, will return.

We stayed at Osprey Pointe for three nights while our son was being born at the nearby birthing center. We had booked two nights and were able to extend for an additional night with no hassle. The resort staff was excellent in their ability to service us and make us feel welcome. The condo was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We had a bay front view and were able to catch gorgeous sunsets and fireworks at the Village of Baytowne Wharf from our balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. The only minor issue we had was that the AC did not cool well in the master bedroom, but it was not a big deal. Other than that, the experience was awesome and we would highly recommend Osprey Pointe to anyone looking for a luxury resort in Sandestin.

Beautiful resort and room. But check in desk could have let us know we had no shuttle in our section. After much wandering we learned we needed to walk back to the welcome center to get a shuttle. Even better if they'd had mentioned that during booking! Improve communication.

We enjoyed every aspect. The condo in Osprey was pretty much brand new, so it was super clean. The staff was nice, and everything (restaurants, shops etc.) was in walking, biking or driving distance (depending on your preference and level of endurance.). The balcony for the 3 bedroom was awesome. We had a lake/marsh view, which was fine because the beach was only a quick drive, bike ride or walk away. Also, the pool was clean, as well as the jacuzzi, and the parking was convenient. We bought groceries and cooked full meals, and also ate out a couple of nights. My only con was that even though it said the condo had two king beds, one seemed to be more of a queen bed. The master bedroom and bathroom was super spacious, then there was another smaller queen bed with a separate bathroom, and another room with a double bed and bathroom right next door. I enjoyed the location, and the price was great for 5 days this time of the year (it was month 4 of COVID). I highly recommended.

Great location for shopping and dining. They have a shuttle to take you back and forth to the beach side if you don't want to drive. The pool is small for how many rooms are available. Service was accommodating and helpful with my friend's last minute room.
